Yasuhiro Hashimoto, M.D.

  Dr. Hashimoto is a graduate of Osaka University Medical School. Following his postdoctoral research at Harvard University Medical School, he became an Associate Professor and Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. He also experienced Senior Director of the Institute of Immunology, Syntex, Japan, Director, Biotechnology Department of Roche (US) and Director of Molecular Biology Department for the Tsukuba Laboratory of Nippon Glaxo Ltd (currently GlaxoSmithKline K.K.). During Nippon Glaxo, he was involved in PGx project planning.
  In 2000, he founded MediBIC and is the President and CEO to this day, serving Board of Director in several Asian biotech companies, as well.

  Mr.Kanda is a graduate of Waseda University School of Commerce. In 2007, he founded Frontier Consulting Japan Inc and is the President and CEO to this day. His former experiences include Nikko Cordial Securities Inc and Corporate Officer,Trans-Science Inc.
  He joined MediBIC as an External Director in March 2008, and was appointed Executive Vice President in July. In August 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President of MediBic and Executive Director of MediBIC Pharma. He was also appointed Executive Director, Site Quality Co.,Ltd from Nov 2008.

John Fou

  Mr.Fou is a graduate of Princeton University (major:Economics). He is the Co-founder and Representative Director of Generation Group KK.
  Formerly he worked for Baring Securities, and was Executive Director, Securities Investment, at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Director, Equity Trading at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securites,etc.
  He joined MediBIC as an External Director in March 2008. He was also appointed Executive Director, Site Quality Co.,Ltd from Nov 2008.

Hiroki Nakae, Ph.D.
Executive Director, MediBIC Group

   Dr. Nakae was a neuroscientst in Advanced Research Lab., Toshiba Corp. Then a bioinformatician in Life Science Group, Hitachi Ltd. responsible for R&D and business development and the CEO of Canaledge Inc.
   Dr. Nakae joined MediBIC as Managing Director, Business Operation Division in January 2006.
   In March 2007, he was appointed Executive Managing Director, MediBIC Group.
From Sept 2008, he is the Executive Director of MediBIC Group.

Kazuo Usui, US C.P.A.
Statutory Auditor, MediBIC Group

   Mr. Usui has experiences as Financial Manager and Internal Audits of Chase Manhattan Bank, Advisor of Nippon Becton Dickinson Co., Ltd, and President & CFO of Fresenius Medical Care Japan Co. Ltd,
   Mr. Usui joined MediBIC as a Statutory Auditor from March 2006.

Kazuharu Tomioka
Statutory Auditor, MediBIC Group

   After working for the IPO department of Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd, Mr. Tomioka established Disclosure Inc. and was appointed CEO.
At Daiwa Securities, he made large-scale enlistments with companies such as NTT DATA CORPORATION and Daini Denden Inc. (currently KDDI CORPORATION) and enlisted over 50 other companies.
   Mr. Tomioka joined MediBIC in March 2003, and after his role as Executive Director, he was appointed a Statutory Auditor in March 2005.
   He is also an Auditor for Invoice Inc.

Akiyoshi Uchiyama, M.D., Ph.D.
Statutory Auditor, MediBIC Group

  Dr. Uchiyama founded Artage, Inc in 2004 and is the President to this day. He is also Deputy Director, Development & Medical Affairs Division of GlaxoSmithKline K. K.
  After graduating Hamamatsu University, he joined the Hamamatsu University Orthopedic Department followed by a year at Harvard Medical School Orthopedic Research as a post-doctoral fellow before joining Eisai Co. Ltd. At GlaxoSmithKline, he is responsible for regulatory affairs, drug safety, clinical development and compliance.
  He joined MediBIC as a Statutory Auditor in March 2008.
